This self-adhering triangle shaped lightweight symmetric breast form can be worn attached or traditionally in a pocketed bra. The secret is in the "pearls" on the back of the form, which allow the adhesive to contact more chest wall surface area for a more secure and comfortable fit. In addition, Contact® 3S modest weight (25% lighter than tradition weighted forms) and attachability may also provide relief to the shoulder and neck area and may help prevent shoulder strain and lymphedema. This form fits shallow to average figures. * Easy cleaning and care with Amoena Breast Form Wash and special cleansing brush nightly to help maintain the permanent adhesive. * Contact 3S form comes with a Cleaning Kit and 1 soft pad for non-attached use. New surgery clients do not wear the form attached, until well healed. This can vary with each person from 3 months or longer, depending on tenderness, etc. Meanwhile, it can be worn in the pocket of the bra as a non-attached form is worn. Lightweight temporary forms are available for right after surgery, until weight can be borne on the tender chestwall in the bra pocket.
